BookmarkOS is a Chrome extension and cloud service provided by David ("we", "us"). By using BookmarkOS, you agree to these terms.
Free users get up to 150 bookmarks with AI summaries, tags, topic clustering, and keyword search. Pro users (£9/month) get unlimited bookmarks, RAG-powered chat, cloud sync, and a personal MCP endpoint.
You own your data. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for training AI models. Bookmark text is sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for processing only. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Don't abuse the service. This includes automated scraping, attempting to bypass rate limits, reverse-engineering the API, or using the service to harass others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel any time. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.
We do our best to keep BookmarkOS running, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
BookmarkOS is a productivity tool. We're not liable for lost bookmarks, missed content, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in the extension. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
